At rivenalquoxa, we're committed to delivering quality financial education that actually helps you build better money habits. This refund policy explains when you can request a refund for our learning programs and how the process works.

We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. Maybe you enrolled in a course and realized it wasn't quite what you expected, or perhaps your circumstances changed. We've designed this policy to be fair while also protecting the integrity of our educational offerings.

Initial Access Period

If you've accessed less than 20% of course materials within the first 14 days of enrollment, you're eligible for a full refund. This gives you time to explore whether the program suits your learning style.

Technical Issues

When technical problems on our end prevent you from accessing course content for more than 72 hours, you can request either a refund or extended access period at no additional cost.

Course Cancellations

If we cancel or significantly modify a program you've enrolled in, you'll receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another program of equivalent value.

Our team reviews your request within 3 business days. We'll check your course access history and verify eligibility based on our policy criteria.

You'll receive an email with our decision. If approved, we'll outline the next steps and expected timeline. If not approved, we'll explain why and suggest alternatives.

Processing Payment

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. The funds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Common Refund Scenarios

Early Withdrawal

If you decide within the first two weeks that a program isn't right for you and haven't completed more than three modules, you can get a full refund. This applies to most of our structured courses.

However, once you've accessed more than 20% of the material or it's been longer than 14 days since enrollment, refunds aren't available. At that point, you've had sufficient opportunity to engage with the content.

Payment Disputes

If you notice an unauthorized charge or billing error, contact us immediately. We'll investigate and resolve legitimate payment issues quickly, usually within 2-3 business days.

For subscription-based programs, you can cancel anytime, but refunds only apply to the current billing period if requested within 48 hours of the charge.

Bundle Purchases

Program bundles are treated differently than individual courses. If you purchase a bundle at a discounted rate, refund requests are assessed based on the individual course prices, not the bundle price.

This means if you complete one course in a three-course bundle and want to refund the others, you'll receive the bundle price minus the full individual price of the completed course.

Exceptional Circumstances

We recognize that life throws curveballs. Serious illness, family emergencies, or other significant hardships may qualify for exceptions to our standard policy.

Each case is reviewed individually, and we ask for documentation when appropriate. We aim to be compassionate while maintaining fairness for all students.

Payment Methods and Processing

Refunds are issued using the original payment method whenever possible. Here's what to expect based on how you paid:

  • Credit or debit card payments: Refunded to the original card within 7-10 business days after approval
  • PayPal transactions: Credited to your PayPal account within 5 business days
  • Bank transfers: Returned via direct deposit to the source account within 10-14 business days
  • Third-party payment platforms: Processed according to the platform's standard timeline, typically 5-10 business days

If the original payment method is no longer available, we'll work with you to arrange an alternative refund method. This might take a bit longer to process while we verify your identity and new payment details.

  • Access to course materials is immediately revoked once a refund is processed
  • Certificates or credentials earned before refund cannot be retained
  • Special promotional offers may have modified refund terms disclosed at purchase
  • Corporate or group enrollments follow separate refund procedures outlined in service agreements
  • Processing times don't include weekends or Australian public holidays
  • We reserve the right to deny refunds for suspected fraud or abuse of our policy
